UPS Logo On CheckOut - Center Alignment?!

This is a pet peeve.

I have a 'centered' checkout screen. When the shipping logos appear at the bottom of the screen - it's left justified. It appears to only be a problem with the UPS logo, the USPS logo is okay.

Any ideas? (I can't seem to edit that aspect of the page...)

What version of ShopSite do you have, and what shopping cart template are you using? If you have ShopSite 10 sp1 but it is not the current 10 sp1 r1 maintenance release, then perhaps you should upgrade, see:

I have: ShopSite: 10 r7 (Template: tabbed_sc.sst)

...and I have no idea what the response from my web host means:

"We apologize for any inconvenience you might have experienced with this issue. Upon checking the only version that is applicable on your hosting plan are PHP version=5.2.2 and PHP version=4.3.10."

Where is your store hosted?

Call them back and ask to speak to a tier 2 or 3 support technician or some one that knows about ShopSite on Verio's servers. They should be able to get you upgraded to the ShopSite 10 sp1 version.
