I experienced a problem where an order was placed, and notification was received from PayPal, but the order does not show up in ShopSite.
Searching the ShopSite knowledgebase, I saw an answer to this problem (Solution ID: S5506) but it was for a much earlier version of ShopSite, and the solution further notes that later versions of ShopSite should not have this problem. Earlier orders for the same item have gone through without a hitch. The only thing unusual that I noticed about this order was that payment was made by Echeck, and PayPal recommended waiting for the money to arrive before shipping items (not applicable in this case; payment is for registration for a future event) Any idea why the order is not showing up in Shopsite? How do I retrieve that information?
This is a very worrisome problem.
I also noticed that the ShopSite Login information that I used to access this forum did not work with the ShopSite knowledgebase, a separate (but much less serious) problem.
