After moving SS, Orders Do Not Show Up in Back Office

I am running ss8.3 Pro on a WIN2003 server

New orders are not showing up in my backoffice.

I installed the store using the same auth file, then copied the shopsite_db file and templates to the new store.

I get no errors when going thru the cart with a test transaction.

Any ideas?

Did you set the permissions on files that you moved into the server? By default when you copy files in manually they do not have the same permissions as what the install would have given them.
