I get an order, do authorize only, takes 1-3 days to get shipment on it's way and get the tracking number. So I want to email the customer the tracking number, then capture / bill the order.
How do folks handle that email? Handle it outside of ShopSite?
I don't make them register to buy (but I do require an email in the ordering process) and I use Order Anywhere links, just using ShopSite as my cart, not my catalog.
