Changing field value in Merchant email

We are looking for someway to change a field value in the customer receipt/purcahse confirmation email that gets sent to the merchant.
In the order information section it says 'Description: ShopSite Order'
We would like it to say which actual site generated that order as we have a couple of shopsite stores and it would be handy to see which one it actually came from instead of having to check each one.

That sounds like an email receipt generated by PayPal, not ShopSite. You can customize the 'ShopSite Order' text in the Commerce Setup -> Payment -> Configure (the Configure button next to the PayPal option you are using) menu.

Not sure where you are looking for the information. In the email receipts from my stores it has the subject like this

Order number 1238 from jim stavast for jsstore

With jsstore being the storeid

and in the body of the email at the top is
a block that has

Store ID: jsstore
Date order placed: Tue Mar 02 13:28:47 2010
Order Number: 1238

ShopSite Transaction ID: 10003-1267561727


This is from a 10 sp1 store but I don't think any of that was added in this last release.

It was in that screen section but it was part of the authorize.net configuration in this case. Thank you for the original pointer to the right area.
