Unable to view images and home page question.

After adding images to the back office, I am unable to view them when I click "View." None of the images are showing up on the website. I am a novice at best, so simple explanations or suggestions will be appreciated. Also, now every time the the home page is selected on the website it kicks the user out to "Sorry, the page you were looking for could not be found

Where is your store hosted? It sounds like something isn't quite right with the installation. It may be a permissions issue or perhaps the files aren't in the correct directories.

We are using iPage.com as our host and using ShopSite from them.

I would contact iPage and see if they can figure out what the problem is. If not have them contact ShopSite for assistance.
