BG Color on Customer Registration Pages

I have created a custom theme (by adding custom .xml file in templates/themes ). Through the .xml I can specify the background color of all pages, except CR (Customer Registration). The Backoffice doesn't provide a way to change the BG Color of CR Pages.

So, is there a way to specify such?
P.S. My theme consists of three color schemes, each must have a different BG Color.[/list]

I believe that in most themes the colors for the registration feature come from the Shopping Cart settings since the registration and shopping cart screens are so closely related. So set the colors for the shopping cart and see if that affects the Customer Registration colors in your template.
