I want to stop using a theme and do custom templates

Hi,

I had checked a theme in Pro however I am now wanting to use my custom templates. I can change the Product/Page templates to my custom templates however the advanced templates (shop cart, registration) will no longer work since the theme is still checked and there is no way to uncheck the radio button.

Any suggestions on how I can remove the theme so I can use all my custom templates?
