Double product upon click

When an item is clicked to add to the shopping cart, two separate entries for that product is added to the shoping cart. This happens even if the mouse is single clicked. Any comments on how to stop this so only one item is added to the shopping cart?

The problem seems to be limited to the browser on one computer. I was unable to duplicate this situation on another computer with two browsers.
All of the links add a duplicate entry to the shopping cart. I have no idea why this browser is doing this. i am using IE8.

Try using a different mouse on that computer. Could be a problem with the mouse or mouse driver.
