Order questions - editing and history

When a customer calls and wants to change a placed order is there a means to edit the order?

Is there a way to see order histories by customer?

There is no means within ShopSite to edit an order. You can view the orders for a particular person by doing a search on the orders screen for that individual. That will work as long as you don't delete the orders from ShopSite.

It is also possible to download orders to some other appliciation such as Quickbooks or a databas ap. and view the orders in that application by individual.
