ERROR - 'Bad Character Found in Previous Location'

Hi,

Keep getting this error in one of my stores when someone tries to add something to cart.

'Bad Character Found in Previous Location'

At least one user was on a PC using IE version 8. He had the same problem at home AND work.

I tested on my PC using IE and ver8 but can't recreate the problem.

Anyone have any ideas?

The problem is with Internet Explorer users only.

When they find one of our products in Google and that product has an apostrophe in the name, the source code we attach to that link so we can track it breaks at the apostrophe.

When the customer *immediately* tries to Add to Cart, they get the error

Bad character found in field Prev location after URL+SOURCECODE .. then cut off where the apostrophe is ...

We now have to edit our feeds and either strip out apostrophes or convert them into the html equivalents.
