Please help!!! My shopping cart is missing on all pages

I am using Shopsite Manager. I installed a javascript mini cart without knowing that it only works with Shopsite Pro. After I deleted the javascript I posted in the header under layout options, my shopping cart disappeared from all of my pages. I can't figure out how I screwed this up. I even emptied the data base and start creating new pages and still no shopping cart. Can someone please help me figure out how to get it back.
