Shipping Address Field Length.

Hi.

I am having a problem with the amount of characters customers are entering in the address fields.

Even though they are set to 25 (shipping address 1 and shipping address 2) for some reason shopsite still allows customers to enter an address that is 53 characters long.

This is causing us some issues with our shipping software as it truncates the address to about 29 characters.

Does any one have any advice?

The length specified is just for how big the box is, not how many characters are entered. You might be able to use a style to limit the number of characters the shopper can enter but I would recomment that you change your shipping processing method. It is quite possible to have an address longer than 29 characters.
