Customer Back end

I want to know if the customer back end can be customized so that we can enter order tracking#'s, view order #'s w/ dates, print shipping labels etc.. and disable the secret question feature.

I have seen other websites back end for customers and it seems Shopsite is extremely out dated.

Currently that functionality is not in ShopSite.

LexiConn has an Order Status Module add-on. I have it and love it.
