My more information pages sometimes work and sometimes not

Hi,

My website is www.airsoftandrc.com.

My products come up just fine but when you click on the title or image to go to the more information page, it sometimes works and sometimes it doesn't (it brings up a blank page when it doesn't work).

To solve the problem, I re-publish the product. This is a temporary fix. Later the link to the more information page just brings up a blank page.

(When you look at my website, try different products because some work and then others don't)

What am I doing wrong?

Do you have any PHP scripts running? A completely blank page like that looks like a failing PHP script.

More info pages are generated the first time the product is encountered during the publish and used the moreinfo section of the product template that is in effect at that time.

If the product is assigned to more than one page and the page is overriding the product template so a different one is used and that template does not have a moreinfomation section then you would end up with a blank page.

So make sure all your product templates have a moreinformation section.

Thanks for finding the link that didn't have "html" after it. That helped.

All of my product templates have more information pages. If I re-publish the product then the more information page will come up but then I check other products and their more information page won't work anymore.

I can't seem to be able to keep the more information pages to stay working.

It's weird.

What else can I do?

Make sure all your products are linked to a page. "Products on Pages".

The problem is that my More Information pages don't always work (sometimes they come up blank).

I checked the store and this is what I found that may be helpful to others.

All products were assign a template with a more info section defined.
All products were assigned to a Catalog page where a different template was specified in the [-- Loop Products --] section by specifying [-- product new-template --]
The new-template did not have a more information page defined.
So any time a publish occured that involved the Catalog page blank moreinfo pages would be published for all products which had not had the moreinfo page published during that particular store generation.

To resolve the issue a define moreinfo section needs to be added to the new-template so when more info pages are generated they will have the same look as what is generated by the normal product template.
