Existing UPS Account and MyUPS Access

I have an existing UPS Account and My UPS Access. I am trying to set up the shipping, and ShopSite it is asking me to do this again. Even though it asks for my UPS Account Number on the first page.

I get a User Name already in use error, obviously. Can I get the set up completed with out having to completely recreate a new user name, password, and account?

Just use some bogus info. I don't believe this is ever attached to a valid ups account
