I copied down the product data file to my machine to get the proper field headings.
I used Xcel to populate the fields w/ the required information.
I then copied the data, then pasted it into a text editor.
Saved the file as .txt format
Using the Shopsite Control Panel I located the file and tried to Upload the file. I got indication that all field headings matched, so I proceeded.
Then, I get a screen back that says "Upload was aborted.".
I can't figure out why.
I've tried FTPing the file up to the server and doing it that way w/ the URL, but got the same thing.
I've tried pasting the data into different text editors and even tried saving the file in Xcel as a text file but I still have the same problems.
What am I doing wrong???
Are there settings that need to be changed on the server???
