SSL not working

I recently purchased a dedicated IP and Comodo SSL cert at Hostmonster. I'm having a little trouble getting the shopping cart secure. I have gone to preferences and checked the "Use SSL security in Shopping Cart" box but the rest isn't registering. What URL do I use for

"Shopping Cart secure URL:"

I'm assuming that I just copy and paste the url in the address bar after clicking on the shopping cart icon. But that isn't working.

Also, if that box is checked shouldn't it automatically go to https instead of http?

Is your secure certificate installed on the server?

If it is and it is in your domain name copy the url from the associated non-secure urls (a couple of fields lower on the screen) and have https:// in front of them. So it would be something like https://mydomain.com/cgi-bin/sc for the shopping cart and
https://mydomain.com/cgi-bin/ss for the merchant secure url

The image urls and other settings would also have the https:// infront of the same setting from lower on the page.
