How change text of order email sent to merchant?

Where can I customize the text in the order email that's sent to the merchant?

I know I can customize the email receipt sent to the shopper with a custom template, but I haven't been able to find any mention of the notification the merchant receives about a new order.

There is no custom template for the merchant email receipt. You might be able to change some of the text from the Preferences > Store Text > Thankyou screen but that is about all you can do.
