Unable to fix image height...

I'm using ShopSite 8.1 and I've run into a very frustrating issue. I set up my image on a product, and when I went to the shop page my product was on, I realized that the image was incorrect and was too short. (This image was 184px high and all my other images were 197px high.) I went back, fixed my image, re-uploaded it to the server and tried refreshing. Turns out, ShopSite set that image to have a height of 184, no matter how high the picture actually is. And now I can't fix it. I've even tried deleting the product and putting it back on, and it's the same issue. Someone help please!

Go to the Images menu, select the image in question, and use the Reset Image Attributes function so that the new size of the image can be calculated.

If you had deleted the original image before uploading the replacement you would not have had to do this, but if you are uploading an image of the same name as an existing one, then the attributes (including the size) of the original will still be in place until you use that reset function.

Oh, and all regenerate the store pages (Utilities -> Publish) after you reset the image attributes so that the change will be made on the store page.
