I have to charge a hazardous waste fee on containers of 5 gals or more. Using the Extra Handling Charge per product to define.
Can not get it to show at Check Out.
Any suggestions.

In order for the Extra Handling Charge amount for each product to have any effect in the cart, you must have the enabled the Handling Charge feature by checking the 'Check here to enable handling charges' checkbox in Commerce Setup -> Shipping.
Also note that the Handling Charges are not shown as a separate line item in the cart, they are added directly to the shipping amounts.

I figured that out when I noticed the shipping amount was increasing.
