Changing my password

I've not had a problem with this feature. Have you tried logging into ShopSite by typing your username and password (as opposed to letting your saved settings log you in)? Might want to try that just to make sure you're using the correct password.

If the password was change outside of ShopSite then a different encryption method was use and so ShopSite can't recognize the old password. You should talk to your host about resetting the password for you or purchase a support incident if you want help in resetting it.
