My Store, could do with some help

Hi all,

Hoping some of you experts could help me out with my store. I've just finished designing my website theme in dreaweaver (i used cropcircles as a major influence).
I need to know if i can use this theme throughout the whole website and everything else like links, items, search, be added to the tabs and areas that i have made in dreamweaver by using the shopsite menu.
Basically I want to do ALL the rest of the store in Shopsite.
Is it possible to do as i dont have any clue how to use a database or search into dreamweaver/html and i know that shopsite can do all this for me.
