Daily reports possible?

Postby Peter Gregg » Tue Aug 25, 2009 10:19 pm

I use the OrderAnywhere feature exclusively so far and I am on Manager.

When I am looking at a report and click the help section, it shows picture of a list of sales totals day by day for a month. Mine shows "today" and the month as one number for each. If I switch to Yearly I see by the month.

Is it possible to see a Monthly report by the day? Do I lose that because I am only using OrderAnywhere buttons on my web site?

In the Pro version of ShopSite you can see a weekly sales report but manager only has only cumulative reports by day, month and year.

I don't think I stated my question properly - let me rephrase :)

I do use Manager already.

In reports I cannot see each day and the sales I made day by day. I only see "Today" and a monthly summary with a total dollar amount for the whole month (up to today, of course).

In the tutorial it shows a screen shot of a day by day list and the sales made for each and every day. I clicked on the ? when looking on the Reports page and that is where I saw it.

Has that changed since the tutorial was made?

Am I disqualified because I am not using a shopping page but using OrderAnywhere?

Is it a higher level option for the Pro?

The screen shown in the tutorial is for the Pro level store. The manager level only has the data that you describe. So to get the additional report info you would need to upgrade to the Pro level.

You can see the list of features in each level, Pro, Manager and Starter at:
http://www.shopsite.com/scchecklist.html.

Although a feature may be listed in each level there might be limited functionality in Manager or Starter while the Pro version has all functionality.
