1. I do Global shipping so I would like it for the USPS to figure the postage out for different or "gotcha" countries.
2. Using USPS in the shipping takes my First Class postage way to low as I have low weight products. I want to maintain a minimum (in my case $5.50) as a shipping charge for First Class and also let it go higher if multiple products are ordered.
3. I want Priority Mail to add a charge so there is a handling fee added.
4. I want Overnight Express to be always a minimum price of $30 because these people need it overnight and I have to drive to the Post Office special for them so it needs to be higher priced. I also might use UPS or Fedex at my discretion so I want enough money in the shipping charges to cover what I need to do to get them their product.
My question based on what I am trying to do - can I mix the USPS shipping check box along with the Base or Base Plus to accomplish this? Any other insight would be welcome
