This is my second store and the last time I asked it was done for me. Is there a way to replace the IP address with my url? I am happy to change it myself, just not sure how.
my IP is 65.18.173.2
my url is: weathervanesplus
This is an existing URL as a yahoo store, which I am replacing. Do I have to shut down the yahoo store first?

I believe you host your site with us (LexiConn). Just contact us when you go live, and we'll switch everything from the IP to the domain name for you in all areas of your website and ShopSite.
