How do I align drop-down boxes in my cart?

I'm using the Congruence theme. The drop-down boxes in my cart (Ship to Zip/Postal Code, Ship to Country, Shipping and Handling) don't line up quite right and I'd like to adjust the html to clean it up.

Where do I do that?

I'm not sure if you can align them or not but you could try. The classes specified when you view the source and look like this.

So try setting cart_op and/or cart and see if it works.
