Error importing orders file

I am getting this error Error importing orders file. Error with the sql database. (0) I'm not really sure what this means I was hoping maybe someone here can help? Thanks.

Something has probably happened to your database. Please contact your host for assistance. If you host is not a ShopSite partner then you can purchase single incident or yearly support from ShopSite at http://shopsite.com/support_pricing.html
