PB with world.aa file : checked the 457old & 457str valu

Recently upgraded from ShopSite v7.1 to v10, but now receive this error message ("PB with world.aa file : checked the 457old & 457str values") when thankyou.cgi is invoked at the end of the transaction. Can anyone tell me what this means or how it may be corrected?

The 457str is a value in the world.aa file in your stores data directory. It should contain a value like "Customer name". (457old is just the previous value that it had) The fact that there was a problem with this value may indicate that the file has problems. Perhaps you have run low on diskspace or quota and the file has been truncated.

You should contact your host for help in resolving this.
