I am having a problem processing credit card transactions through Linkpoint. I called Global Gateway Support as they are now called and they informed me the problem is due to them changing there IP address to 208.72.248.102 this past weekend. Is this something that must be fixed in ShopSite or is this something that my hosting company can fix? I am currently using ShopSite 8.3 and I am using Hypermart.net as my hosting company. Here is the error I receive when I try to Bill a transaction:
