Google feeds: not showing items published

I do a "send feed" on the Google page and it shows no errors then when I click "go to Google base", it shows "You do not have any published items". BizLand can't fix this problem and it's been going on for 6 months. Any ideas?

A few things to check/try:

- Try using the FTP method instead of the API method. This still requires the Google API key, and for you to setup an FTP account in your Google Base account.

- Make sure you registered the FTP feed file froogle-bulk.xml as defined in the docs:

- Make sure you are running the latest version 10 of ShopSite, which includes many updates for Google Base.
