CGI Error --customer's can't sign out.

Our customers cannot sign-out from the registration page without getting this error:

CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.


However they can sign out at the cart.

My question is What is wrong?What is the solution?
