shipping matrix copy from one site to another?

We currently have 4 sites running and would like to copy the shipping matrix from one site to another.

The reason being there are 8 columns and 40 rows and it would be great if I could download that table and copy to another site.

Is it accessible?

If you have access to the ShopSite data directory for each store, you could try copying the shipdata.aa file from the first store to the second.
