Virtual Agent/Intellichat Errors during checkout

Hi,

I have used virtual agents, or save a sale agents, when customers have tried to abandon their carts and they've worked GREAT. But I'm having a problem installing iit on this store. The problem is that I use UPS shipping calculator so after they've added a product to the cart, it asks them for the zip code to calculate the shipping.

After the shipping is calculated, the virtual agent pops up thinking (because of the refresh I guess) that thep erson is trying to leave the site.

Is there anyway to combat this? I'd love to use this on the site, but this has been a roadblock I can't seem to get past.
