Image resizing

I configure my image to resize from Original sizes to 300x300, 100x100 and 60x60. However, when I viewed the properties of my images online, 100x100 becomes 99x99 and 60x60 becomes 59x59. My 300x300 is working fine. Whats causing this small issue?
