Banner graphic in Cart header

First off I am a SS newbie but pretty good at basic html, CSS and JS.

I am adding SS v 9.? STARTER to an existing site so all I am really interested in is the shopping cart. I'm linking in fine to the cart just can't get any graphical changes to the cart screen.

I understand the Starter packages does not have custom templates, but if I could just get my image in the header and/or footer of the shopping cart page I would be happy.

EDIT- Never mind. I finally found the right screen to edit the cart. It was under the Commerce tab, a place I had not yet visited since I am awaiting my merchant account activation.
