Image Link Not Working...

The main product image on my product pages is set up as a link and the link opens up to a larger version of the main image. But on two of my product pages, this feature isn't working.

Here is an example of how the image link SHOULD work:

Anyone know what the problem might be and how to fix it?

Both the 'working' and 'non-working' more info pages appear to be created by the same custom product template, however in the 'non-working' ones the image is not surrounded with a link to your custom javascript code that creates the pop-up, neither does it have the "click to enlarge" link. You should ask the designer of this custom template what determines whether or not those links are on the images. Their custom template logic may be basing it off of a particular ShopSite setting, or off of the contents of one of the Extra Product Fields.
