No Inventory Tracking Emails Generated

I am using Shopsite 9 Pro and have set up inventory tracking as described in help at the product level and defined the email messages, but when thresholds are reached I an not seeing any emails.

What is the magic here?

Steve do you have the Quantity on hand and Out of Stock Limit entered for the products you are tracking?


I have not used inventory tracking, but I seem to remember old posts in the forums regarding tracking the inventory levels stating that both fields needed to be filled in.

Turns out the email account I was using was bad . . . doh!
It works fine now.
