Can I change font color order instructions?

For some reason no matter how much Butt I chew I can't get my shippers to see the order instructions each time. Our site requires address and shipping but we have order instructions for people that want to pick their oder up and my help ships it any way. We are using Pro 8.3 and need to change the order instructions to RED. Can someone show me how so I can copy and paste it in the right place? Please....

Did you get your problem resolved? Where exactly are you trying to change the colors. If it is on the shopping cart or checkout pages, that is done through your shopping cart template. Also in many of the fields in the checkout screens, shipping screens, etc., will recognize html code.


Let me know if you need help finding these areas and making the changes.

Hi, No I have not resolved the problem. When we print an order at the bottom of the order has ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS and COMMENTS. These show up under tyhe the order Total and although they are easy to see my Employees seem to miss them a lot and ship orders that are clearly marked for pick-up or miss items that a customer may have a question about. I would like to make the Order instuctions and the Comments to print in Red so it it obvious that something needs to be looked at. I couldn't find an option to change that font. Thanks for the interest.

Try the following in the Orders > Configure > View Order Header and Packing Slip Header.

color: red;
}
</style>


It makes the comments red in the packing slip and makes the comments and payment information red in the view order screen.
