Order Transfer Problem

We have been using ShopSite ORDER TRANSFER version 1.2 for exporting orders to QuickBooks. We've been using this module for past two years with no difficulty.

Yesterday the following message popped up preventing Order Transfer:

XML document is not recognized or is not well-formed.
File: C:\DOCUME~1\Ship\LOCALS~1\Temp\tmp10.tmp

I'm not particularly tech savvy. I did try several combinations of restarts of every PC in our 4 computer network. Nothing changed.

I hope someone may have some experience and possible solution for this.

I just upgraded to SSOT vers 2.03 in hopes the problem would be resolved. Same error occurred.

We are using Shopsite ShopSite Pro 10 r7.1
