Sales tax and VAT tax?

Hi, I just upgraded to version 10, because I really needed to be able to charge my customers the VAT tax. But it looks like it is not possible to use both sales tax and VAT at the same time. And this is important, because I am shipping to customers in the US from here. But I am shipping to Canadian customers from Canada and UK/Europe customers from the UK. So, I need to charge each of them the appropriate tax. Is this possible within Shopsite?

Currently only one option is available, VAT or tax by zip. They can't both be used at the same time.

Any suggestions for a work-around or should I hire someone to do some custom programming?
