Is there a way to have my customer select 2 options of shipping with order below $30, if order above $30 will show two different shipping options ?
Currently I have all 4 shipping orders.
1) registered mail Free (orders above $30)
2) registered mail $7 (orders below $30)
3) Express, $12 (orders above $30)
4) Express, $19 (orders below $30)

Use the shipping by Currency method.
Name the first 2 shipping options Registered Mail and Express (preferences > Store text > Shipping)
Set the first range from 0.00 to 29.999 and give it the prices of your below $30 shipping options.
Set the second range to 30.00 to 1000.00 (or your max order amount) and set the price to the above $30.00 range.
