Is there a url to the customer registration that I can use to link to the page?

Yes, you can get it from the chunk of JavaScript code in the 'Customer Registration Link' box in Commerce Setup -> Customer Registration -> Configure. If you only want one link for all your pages, I would suggest the 'View/Edit Account' link, which is the first one in the JavaScript, because if the shopper is already registered and logged in this will take them to their account menu, but if they are not logged in this should take them to the login page, and if they are not a registered customer there is a link on the login page to register, so this is a good multi-purpose link if you only want one.
