We offer FedEx shipping but people are choosing FedEx Ground from international locations. Can I prevent this somehow? Or please let me know how I need to configure Shipping to limit Intn'l Shipping to just the FedEx International options.

Are you using the Fedex shipping built into ShopSite or the ShopSite shipping options configured with Fedex names? If you use the built in Fedex shipping, international customers should only get international rates.

We are using Commerce Setup -> Shipping -> Configure Shipping Carriers. With FedEx selected, we indicate FedEx Ground®, FedEx International Priority®, etc.
