Changed the IP

My hosting provider changed our IP address and some of our pictures are missing because they are pointing to the old IP address. I tried editing the image but I could not change the path on the back of the store and when I went on the server to look at the file it looked like this:

4expertise/media/accounting-with-drop.jpg

the file we are having problems with is:

http://209.200.239.145/4expertise/media ... h-drop.jpg

Any suggestions would be helpful

Your store should be using a domain name instead of an IP. That way if the server ip is changed the DNS record would be updated so the domain name would point to the new server.

The addresses of images and store pages is based off of the authorization file for your store. It that contains an IP then you probably can't do much to change it except get an auth file with the domain name. If the auth file does contain your domain name try going to the Images section of ShopSite and Reset the Attributes of the problem images and then publish again.
