FedEx Security Requirements - SSLv2

I got an e-mail from FedEx today, stating that thay will be requiring all traffic to be encrypted using standards higher than SSLv2 beginning November 1. Does anybody know how I can verify that ShopSite is using standards higher than SSLv2 to get rates from FedEx?

According to the developer, the security library that ShopSite is using should already meet or be higher than SSLv2.
