Customer Account Problem

Greetings,

Recently have run into a situation with Shopsite. When one of our service representatives logs into her account and places an order, the thank you page she receives confirming the order displays hard coding of the actual page it's self. The page starts off with the following error:

I personally logged in under my own account to see if the same thing occurs and did not have this problem nor with other accounts I logged into..so thus far it is just with this one particular account.

Any input on this would be greatly appreciated.

<!-- ClientApp: Error-count incremented (1) --> usually indicates a custom shopping cart template problem. You can try switching to one of the other default ShopSite shopping cart templates and see if that fixes the problem. If not, you should contact your ShopSite reseller for assistance.
