How do I create a subscription site?

Is there a way to create a subscription site. My store is based off of subscriptions only. all subscrbers have access to everything in my store. However, I cannot find how to set this up on Shopsite. Please let me know...thanks.

There is an option to have customers register and have to sign in to the store to access it

Under ShopSite > Commerce Setup > Customer Registration > Configure
