USPS Media Mail

In the new USPS module (v9.0.4) is there some way to indicate that product(s) are eligible for media mail? For instance, if I have an order containing only books, this should be eligible for media mail, however if I add a bookcase, the order is no longer eligible for media mail. I don't see any way of setting such a flag. All I can find is the Media Mail checkbox in the USPS config page. Any thoughts?
