Anyone know what status code 3140 means???

I'm trying to use the Shopsite Order Transfer program to import orders into Quickbooks 2008 Pro. When I click 'Import', I get the error message from Order Transfer "Transaction did not complete successfully. Status Code = 3140" for every order. Any idea what this means. I don't know where to start troubleshooting.

That is a Quickbooks error code so you would need to contact Intuit to find out what it means.
